  • The Trove is the shop at Ada's Allies, featuring thoughtfully designed pieces and signature collections for eldest and designated daughters.

  • The Original CEO collection is available through The Trove at adasallies.com.

  • We recommend reviewing the sizing information provided on each product page before placing your order.

  • If you need to make a change, please contact hello@adasallies.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your item is eligible for a return, you may return it in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy and place a new order for your preferred size or style.

  • Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

    Return requests must be submitted within the 14-day window. Once your return is approved, you will have 7 calendar days to ship the item back.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

    Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Processing time does not include transit time.

  • Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Please contact hello@adasallies.com with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can help resolve it.

  • Ally Circles are facilitated virtual gatherings created for eldest and designated daughters to reflect, connect, and explore experiences often associated with being The Original CEO of the family.

    Ally Circles are community gatherings, not therapy or clinical support services.

  • Emerald Encounters are in-person social experiences that bring the Ada's Allies community together through connection, conversation, and shared moments of joy.

    Details and registration information for upcoming Encounters will be shared on our website and social platforms.
