ADA NOTES

A monthly letter written for you.

A monthly letter written for you.

Ada Notes is the monthly letter of Ada’s Allies.

Delivered the Friday after each Ally Circle, each edition offers reflections, community themes, cultural commentary, and invitations created with eldest and designated daughters in mind.

What to Expect

Founder Reflections

Personal writing rooted in the lived experience of eldest and designated daughters.

Thoughtful.
Honest.
Grounded in recognition.

Community Themes

Each issue continues the conversation beyond the Ally Circle itself, exploring the emotional realities many daughters learned to carry quietly.

First Access

Subscribers receive Ally Circle invitations, registration links, and community updates before anyone else.

A Letter That Sees You First

Many eldest and designated daughters learned to be useful before they learned to be supported.

Ada Notes exists to interrupt that pattern.

Not another overwhelming newsletter.
Not another demand for productivity.

Just a thoughtful letter worth opening.

From a Past Issue

Here is the truth I want to name clearly.

Praise is not the same as support.

Praise applauds your output.
Support cares about your wellbeing.

Praise says, “You are amazing.”
Support says, “You should not have to do this alone.”

Praise notices what you do.
Support notices what it costs.

If praise has started to feel like a cage, you are not ungrateful. You are awake. Your body knows when admiration turns into extraction. Your spirit knows when strength becomes performance.
