ALLY CIRCLES
A room built
for the daughter who carried too much.
Ally Circles are facilitated virtual gatherings for eldest and designated daughters.
Held the second Wednesday of every month, each Circle creates space for reflection, recognition, and honest conversation among women who often learned to hold everything together long before adulthood.
Reflective, Not Therapeutic
Ally Circles are not group therapy.
They are thoughtfully facilitated conversations designed to help eldest and designated daughters think together, breathe together, and feel less alone inside experiences many have carried silently for years.
What the Room Holds
Honest Conversation
Every Circle centers a monthly theme rooted in the lived experience of eldest and designated daughters.
No Performance Required
You do not need to arrive with answers, insight, or perfectly formed thoughts.
You are allowed to simply be present.
Shared Recognition
Many daughters spend years explaining themselves.
Ally Circles are built to feel like a room that already understands.
MONTHLY THEMESEach month explores a different part of the eldest and designated daughter experience.
From boundaries and burnout to joy, resentment, rest, family systems, and recognition, the conversations unfold slowly over time.
SEPTEMBER ALLY CIRCLE
THIS MONTH'S THEME
Resentment as a Compass
Resentment is not a character flaw.
For eldest and designated daughters, it is often a signal that something sacred needs renegotiation.
In September, we are listening to what resentment reveals, and turning that insight into wiser boundaries and softer living.
